SHIPPING

Orders are fulfilled within 1-2 days and shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Once your order has processed, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

Once your order is processed and shipped it will arrive between 1 to 4 days. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Local orders from Renton, Issaquah and Snoqualmie have the option of free pick-up or delivery to your doorstep (deliveries are made on weekends). For pick-ups, please contact us to coordinate a date and time. For any inquiries, please feel free to send us a message.

RETURNS& Exchanges

Returns
All sales are final and cannot be returned for a refund.

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, please contact us within 5 days of package arrival and we will ship you a new item if available. If the item you ordered is no longer in stock, then you will be fully refunded for the items not available.

Exchanges
Exchange requests must be made within 5 days of package arrival. You will be responsible for paying the difference for items of higher value and the shipping costs of your new order.

Please expect up to 4 weeks for your exchange to be processed. To return merchandise, please ship via USPS First Class with Delivery Confirmation and insurance in a box, no envelopes. All items must be well wrapped to protect them during transit. Shipping costs will be at the customer’s expense. Please contact us for the address you can ship to. Returns are for exchanges only, no refunds.

Order Cancelations
If for any reason you need to cancel your order, please contact us to request a cancellation within 24 hours of your purchase. Please understand we cannot cancel any orders outside of this time frame. Thank you for understanding. 

Coupons & Sales
We offer coupon codes and sales from time to time. The coupon and sale dates are firm and determined by us. Coupon codes and sale prices will not be honored before or after those dates. If you would like to receive updates on coupon codes and sales please subscribe to our newsletter (see below).

When redeeming a coupon code, please remember to enter your coupon code at checkout. If you are confused on how to do this, please contact us and we will walk you through it. Sorry, we can’t apply the coupon code after the order is placed.
